  Well, it's Monday. On Friday I allowed myself to have some Pizza Hut Pizza and a Dr. Pepper. I am pretty sure that that is going to happen at certain times of the month. I didn't feel bad about it because I knew it would not drag me into my old ways. I will say that this weekend has been alot harder at times to stick with the low carb thing. (Again probably the pms). I also ate alot more than usual, but I kept it low carb. Doug doesn't understand the eating more and cravings thing, but that's just one part of this that he's gonna have to deal with because I've listened to him about everything but this. There's lots of stress in this household right now but I am not worried about it making me eat wrong. I am getting discouraged about the scale. That's the hardest thing to take in. But Doug bought me some sweats last week and this week they're falling off of me. They were already a little bit too big to begin with but now they are way too big. That is a good thing, but I'm ready to see it on the scale. I realized today that I have not made a short term goal as far as weight is concerned. I'm a little worried about doing that since the scale doesn't seem to want to move but here it goes anyway: My start weight: 244 lbs. My first goal: 224
