I have a small amount of leftover liver and bacon -- mostly bacon -- so I'm planning to heat it up and stir in an egg or two. I'll cut the liver up in tiny pieces, since I don't really like the stuff. Razz

I love liver and onions but I'm the only one who loves it. Sad

People either love it, or don't. I don't but I have some nice grass fed beef liver in the basement and can't just throw it out!

I love liver, cook it quickly so it doesn't get tough, with onions, bacon and sometimes mushrooms on top. Yum!

Gigi, I've learned not to cook it too long. But I just don't like the taste of it, try as I might. I have to fry up massive quantities of bacon and lots of onion, and then make sure I have some of each with each bite of liver. Laughing

Yes, I don't remember the last time I ate a chicken liver.

Chicken liver is also a favorite. I fry it with half butter and half oil. When I was a kid and my mom did fried chicken, the liver never made it to the table.

She always overcooked calves liver and i didn't like it growing up. But a long time ago I read about how to cook and tried it and loved it. Overcooking destroys it. Makes it like shoe leather.

Hahah! Sandy, in our house, one of my siblings liked the chicken liver, so I was spared. Razz
