It is sunny here and 65 with a high today of 88. The humidity will be increasing and we may have some more showers this evening and overnight. We do still need the rain so that would be good.

I'm still taking it easy and walking every hour to keep the circulation going.

Have a great day!

Carol, I am glad everything is going well. Sending a few more prayers.

Good Morning, it is 72 on its way to 87. I'd guess we close to a record for heat this July. I have a check up at noon today so I'll be going to water aerobics at 2 PM. Those are rigorous but they are outside in deep water. I hope you have a great day.

Good morning! It's a humid 67 heading to a 100 or so with flash flood watches all day. Those would be up in the mountains but I'm hoping for some rain down here, the garden would like that.
Carol, glad to hear it's going good. Georgie, good luck with the checkup.
I stepped on the scale and am down 17 lbs since I started. It could be quicker but I'm doing more OWL than Induction so it's slow but sure in the end and I don't have to be so fussy about the food.
Stay cool and keep getting some rain.

We were at the edge of a pretty exciting thunderstorm in the middle of the night. Not a huge amount of rain here, but the grass is definitely greener.

Company coming tonight. They're bringing pizza. I'll probably forget about being low-carb and gluten-free for a day. Razz
