Low Carb Veggies List - Who says we can't eat Veggies???
Eating veggies with protein and fat is a good way to lower their insulin impact even further. You should try to eat 3 cups of veggies daily. 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup cooked veggies is a good ratio.
