Wow, I could stand weather like this year round. Had to actually turn the kitchen fan off and bring down the window a bit in the kitchen. Wonderful cool breeze coming in from the north. I think we might have to fire up the chiminea tonight outside. Maybe we will go get some hot dogs and cook them outside. Very Happy

Hot dogs! Those sound good. I haven't had any in a while. I picked up a package the other day at the Outpost, and it's a good thing I looked at it carefully. There wasn't a whiff of meat in them! Based on the list of ingredients -- grain with a bunch of junk to make them taste like hot dogs -- they barely qualified as food. We used to have brats every Sunday for lunch, be dh and I eventually got tired of them.

Our favorite hot dogs, long and thin, are Casper made in Oakland. I think Costco carries them. They are so good!
