Good morning!! I didn't check the temp but it's nice and cool right now heading to the mid 90s again.
I just got home from church and need to hit the garden and water it. Boy in this heat and soil you can't give it enough water it seems like.
Other than that I think I'll veg a little today, seems like a good idea right now. Very Happy
Enjoy your day and stay cool !!

Good morning, all. Church is at 9 rather than 10 during the summer. The theory is that it will be cooler since we don't have air conditioning in that 1867 building. But I sure hate getting up an hour earlier. . . Now I"m falling asleep at my computer. After lunch I think I'll head upstairs for a nice long nap. sleepy sleepy

Good afternoon, it is 74 on its way to 80 and sunny. It is just another beautiful day in the neighborhood. I went to service again at my friends church. She was giving the sermon and I loved it. I like everything I've been to there. I am starting to think of joining.

My brother came over and helped me go through all of my clothes. His eyes are better then mine for spotting spots. I've got to wash the "spotted" things to see if they are good. I got 4 bags ready to go to Salvation Army. If the spotted things don't clean I can give them to Salvation Army too. They sell that stuff for rags so it doesn't go to waste. I am now ready to put things in the pile to take to France with me. I know I need a pair of light weight pants for Nice. Other then that I just need to pick and pack. Very Happy

I hope you all have a great day.

Good evening. It's been a warm sunny day with a strong breeze. We went to church and then back here for brunch. Had a visit with Mom and then back home to relax on the patio.

Good evening,
Had a full day, started at church at 8:30 am to set up and go over the worship with the team. For some reason we chatted after church for way to long, didn't get home until 2:30 Pm. then we drove up to Lisa's, jumped inthe pool for a little while ("jumped" is a stretch, had to get Ben and Jim to help me in and out of the pool). Gosh what a day it will be when I can be relatively normal again. I know the pain from the surgery etc will be worth the results. Been reading about having both knees done at once, will ask the doctor about it. I would need a good support team here.
Tonight I designed a prayer request card for the church, have been getting pretty good at that stuff, did the stationary as well, the Power Poit presentations etc. Just think, I got my start right here with you. I remember the day I asked Jen how she "did that" lol.
Well, time to turn in, see you all later....
