Hi hope you cn help, seem you know heaps so hear goes.
Ive been on low carb since sept 15 2005, I lost weight which was great, but as i came to a stall I'd reduce my carbs which would get me going again. Then in November I platued out for around feb. After searching the net, the concenses was, I was eating to many calaries. I was given the formula weight x 10 - 200= amount of calaries to eat per day. So now Im on a 12 carb/day 1500calories/day diet. Its working that is not the problem. I was just wondering if you have any thoughts on my situation. I know Im not getting enough vegies and fruit even the really low ones dont even exsist in my diet. I wish I had read that other post about breaking stalls with a high carb/good carb weekend, a weekend of fruit and veg sounds like heaven.
P.s I am a very stricked dieter, I have not wavered once
