3/4 cup cream/water (half cream/half water)
*OR* 3/4 cup cream (adds a few carbs)
1 1/2 TBL oil
1 egg
3/4 cup Designer Protein Vanilla Praline protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 TBL granular Splenda or 2 packets Equal
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Step: 1Mix together and cook in waffle iron 3 minutes or until done.

Top with butter and topping/syrup of your choice, just remember to add in the carbs.

Makes 2 servings.

These can be frozen and reaheated in a toaster or toaster oven, so you can make ahead!

Recipe can be doubled.
