Angie's seared tuna steaks  Status: Approved | Name | Angie's seared tuna steaks | Category | Seafood | Source | Anonymous | Difficulty | Easy | Ingredients | | Take a good quality piece of tuna (sashimi grade) and sprinkle salt, pepper, & toasted sesame seeds on both sides of fish. Preheat skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Sear tuna on both sides for about 3 minutes on each side - will be raw in the middle. Slice in sashimi size slices. I usually make a dipping sauce with soy sauce, rice-wine vinegar, & a little wasabi paste.
