Carol's Rich Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
24 oz. cream cheese softened
3/4 cup Splenda or Equal Spoonful
2 egg whites
2 eggs
2 T. corn starch
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Step: 1-Lightly grease a 9" or 10" springform pan.
-Beat the cream cheese & sweetener until fluffy.
-Beat in the egg whites, eggs & cornstarch.
-Mix in the sour cream,cocoa,& vanilla & beat until well blended.
-Pour into prepared pan & then place the springform pan into a larger baking pan.
-Pour 1" of hot water around springform pan & place in a preheated 300 degree oven.
-Bake for 45-50 minutes just until the center is set.
-Remove from pan of water & return cheesecake to the oven.
-Shut OFF the oven & with the door ajar, cool the cheesescake for 3 hours.
-Chill at least 8 hours or overnight for ease in slicing.
-Remove sides of pan & place cheesecake on a serving plate.
-Serve with a dollop of whipped cream

-Each slice is 4.9 carbs minus 0.6 gr. fiber = 4.3 carbs
