Introduction
This statrted out as a recipe for breakfast bars but ended up as "fudge".-Happy Accident! :-) Even my non-low carb roommate eats it(if i leave any left in the pan). I figured the carbs on a 9x9 inch pan. They look small but are very rich.
Ingredients
1/6c butter
1/4c cream cheese
1/4c cream (heavy whipping type)
8 Tbsp Protein powder
4 Tbsp soy protein powder
4 Tbsp peanut butter
Whatever sweetner you use (to taste).
Directions
Step: 1Cook /melt the butter, cream cheese, cream, and peanut butter together over low heat.
Mix all dry ingredientts together.
Remove from heat.
Mix all ingredients together.
Plop into a greased, 9x9 pan, smooth out.
Wait a couple of minutes and blot top with paper towel to remove any excess oils.
Refrigerate until firm.
Padlock refrigerator unless you want everyone to be eating them.
Nutrition Information
Cut into 12 bars they are 2.2 carbs and 13 grams of protein.
