1 cu prepared sugarfree Tang
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/4-1/2 tsp xanthan gum
dash of salt
2 TB chopped pecans
| | Directions | | Step: 1 | Melt butter over low heat; add all but xanthan gum and pecans. Stir ingredients till bubbly...wisk in thickner in desired amount. Allow to cool somewhat. Pour over pancakes and sprinkle pecans on top. | | Nutrition Information | | Carbohydrates: whole recipe(including nuts)= 13.4 gr. |
