Ingredients
1/2 cu Splenda
1/2 cu butter
1 cu prepared sugarfree Tang
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/4-1/2 tsp xanthan gum
dash of salt
2 TB chopped pecans
Directions
Step: 1Melt butter over low heat; add all but xanthan gum and pecans. Stir ingredients till bubbly...wisk in thickner in desired amount. Allow to cool somewhat. Pour over pancakes and sprinkle pecans on top.
