Introduction
These should be made in the blender with a couple of ice cubes, 12oz cold water, and cream or 1/2&1/2 if you like.Use Absolute Whey (from Great Earth Vitamins) or Designer Protein. You can add fiber to the shakes (drink quickly)-Citrucel SF or a fine psyllium husk powder.
Ingredients
CHUNKY MONKEY: chocolate protein powder (pp), 1/2 t. banana extract.
CHOCOLATE MOCHA MINT: choc pp, either cold coffee in place of some of water or 2 t. Taster's Choice granules, 1/2 t. peppermint extract.
DREAMSICLE: vanilla pp, 1 T. Citrucel SF, 1/2 t. vanilla extract
PINA COLADA: vanilla pp, 1/2 t. pineapple and coconut extracts each
CHOCOLATE ORANGE: choc pp, 1 T. Citrucel SF
REESE's CUP: choc pp, 1 T. all natural peanut butter
ALMOND JOY: choc pp, 1/2 t. almond extract, 1/2 t. coconut extract.
WATERMELON COOLER: vanilla pp, 1/2 t. Watermelon/strawberry/kiwi Crystal Light
EGGNOG: vanilla pp, 1/2 t. rum extract and vanilla extract each, dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
