Garlic Butter Summer Veggies

Ingredients
Yellow squash
zuccheni
cabbage
red peppers
broccoli
garlic powder
salt and pepper
butter (2 tbsp)
Directions
Step: 1Slice squash and zuccheni and peppers into bite sized pieces. Chop cabbage and broccoli. Place in microwave safe bowl. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. I usually use about a teaspoon of garlic powder and a dash of salt and pepper. Place butter slices on top. Cover and microwave for approx 5-6 minutes in a 1000watt microwave on high. You can adjust for longer if veggies are still crispy. This also works in tin foil on top of the grill.
