Maple & Mustard Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
Glaze:
2 tbspn dijon style mustard
2 tbspn SF maple syrup
1 tbspn butter, melted
Chicken:
2 tbspn butter melted
1/8 tspn salt
1/8 tspn pepper
4 split chicken breasts with ribs, skinned

Directions
Step: 1In a small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients. Set aside. Heat broiler. In small bowl combine 2 tbspn butter, salt & pepper. Brush on chicken breasts. Place chicken,, bone-side up, on a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5" from heat until browned (about 20 mins). Brush with 2 tbspn glaze. Turn and brush with remaining glaze. Continue broiling, brushing occasionally with the glaze until the chicken is done.
