Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
1 can Asparagus cuts and tips
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 can Goat Milk
1/4 cup Finely chopped onions

1/4 cup Butter
4 tsp ThickenThin not/starch
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken bouillon
1 pinch White Pepper
Directions
Step: 11. Drain Asparagus, reserving liquid. Add to reserved liquid cream, milk and enough water to measure 4 cups; set aside.

2. In food processor or electric blender, puree asparagus then add milk mixture and not/starch; set aside.

3. In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until soft but not brown. Stir salt and bouillon. Add milk mixture and asparagus, stirring until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Remove from heat; serve hot. Garnish with cooked asparagus spears if desired.
