Lemon Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pound thin
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup pork rinds, ground to fine powder
1 large lemon
garlic powder and pepper to your liking
1 light pinch salt
1 well beaten egg
2 Tbls oil for frying
Directions
Step: 1Mix together parmesan cheese, ground pork rinds, garlic powder, pepper and salt onto paper plate Soak chicken breasts in egg wash then dredge in parmesan mixture. Fry brests over med/high heat 5-7 minutes on first side. Flip and fry for 4 more minutes. At this time, cut lemon in half and squeeze juice over chicken in fry pan. Cook 2 more minutes. Serve over lightly steamed asparagus with a touch of the pan juice poured over it. SCRUMPTIOUS!!! And hardly any carbs!
