Kathy's Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast pound flat
3 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 can whole chilies
4 slices medium cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Step: 1After pounding chicken breast flat, coat with Taco Seasoning and
Saute in hot olive oil until brown on both sides and cooked.
Place cooked chicken on cookie sheet or flat pan. Top with chili
then cheese. Cook at 350 in oven until cheese is melted, about 5-10
minutes. That is it! It looks great on the plate, company worthy
I'd say.
