Ingredients
4- 1/2 inch center cut pork loin slices
1- bag pork rines

1- cup oil
2- eggs
Directions
Step: 1Very easy and tasty meal. First put your oil in a pan on medium heat. Make sure your oil is at least a half an inch deep, add more oil if needed. Next, take your pork loin and pound them out flat. Take the bag of pork rines and crush them up to a powder and place in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the 2 eggs. Now take a pork loin, dip it in the egg batter, then place it in the pork rine crumbs and place in oil. Turn after 2 minutes and cook until a golden brown.

You will be amazed on how good this taste. Try it with chicken also.
