Introduction
My mom and I starting dieting together when I was in college. We soon tired of all the same old low-carb recipes. We started to expiriment and came up with this quick, easy recipe that is very fililng and satisfying. The Cauliflower is optional, and you may add more cream cheese and sour cream for more sauce.
Ingredients
1# Hamburger
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 medium onion
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbs butter
1/4 head of cauliflower (bite-sized pieces)
Directions
Step: 1Cook Hamburger and onion on meduim heat.
When hamburger is half cooked add cauliflower
When cooked through, Drain meat and cauliflower
melt butter
add sour cream
cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet
Pour hamburger/cauliflower over top of cream cheese
allow the cream cheese to melt--stirring occasionally.
Mix well and serve hot.
