1/4 c. finely chopped scallions
1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled (or your desired amount)
1/4 tsp.paprika
8 drops hot-pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced` | | Directions | | Step: 1 | place a piece of cheese cloth in a strainer over a medium bowl. spoon in the yogurt and allow to drain for 30 min. discard the liquid in the bowl or reserve for another use. place the drained yogurt in a serving bowl. stir in the mayonnaise, scallions, bacon, paprika, hot-pepper sauce , and garlic. cover and refrigerate until chilled. | | Nutrition Information | | around 1g. of carbs per tbs. |
