DifficultyEasy
Prep. Time15 min
Cook Time3/4 hour
Introduction
This is like my Mom used to make and will help with the sweet cravings. Not good for induction.
Ingredients

1 cup whipping cream
2 cups soy flour ( I know the stuff is nasty but give it a chance here)
3 teaspoons baking powder
good pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
6 eggs
16 pkts Splenda
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon banana extract or more to taste
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 ripe bananas
Directions
Step: 1
Scald cream and remove from heat. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices together.
Beat eggs with Splenda until very thick. Blend in flour mix till smooth.
Add warm cream and extracts to the mix. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans and bake for 40 min or so at 325 or till a toothpick comes out clean.
Enjoy
