Meat ball soup

Introduction
This is a simple , protein filled soup.
Ingredients
1-2 small cans chicken or beef broth
1 cup water
1 med sized package of meatballs ( frozen) Or can be homemade if you want to take the time.
2 green onions diced
1 cup of frozen mixed veges
2 tbls dried or fresh parsley flakes
pepper to taste
Directions
Step: 1Heat broth until slight boil, add veges, onions and parsley and pepper cook 5 min on rapid boil.
Add meatballs bring back to rapid boil for 5 min then simmer for 30 minutes.
( for less fat in frozen meatballs you can boil in a inch or so of water for a bit before placing in broth. That will help get out some fat.
