Ingredients
fresh salmon 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbl sp brown sugar 2 tbl sp orange juice 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
Step: 1Start the glaze in a small non stick pot by adding the wine, vinegar,orange juice,lemon juice and brown sugar last on medium heat.stir the glaze occasionally,it is ready when thicken to a gravy thickness. Take the salmon (remove any bones 1st) rub extra virgin olive oil on front and back of salmon. Add a little salt and pepper. Brown in a CAST IRON SKILLET on low-medium heat.Turn off heat and pour the glaze over the cooked salmon...serve and enjoy! P.S. this is a 30 minute dish and so so wonderful! Makes a gr8 dinner party meal if served with fresh steamed green beans cooked in orange juice(almost a 1/2 cup)
