2 CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC
1 CHOPPED ONION
(I USE FROZEN TO SAVE TIME
& TEARS)
3 TBSP. EX-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 TSP. BASIL
1 TSP. OREGENO
1/4 CUP PARM.CHEESE
SALT,PEPPER,&CRUSHED
RED PEPPER TO TASTE
2 MORNING STAR FARMS BRAND
TOMATO BASIL BURGERS
1 CUP BROCCOLI CHOPPED
1 CUP ZUCCINI COARSLY CHOPPED
1 CUP FROZ.FRENCH CUT
GREEN BEANS
1/4 CUP SUN DRIED TOMATOS

Directions
Step: 1HEAT OIL IN LARGE SKILLIT.
ADD ONIONS & SAUTE UNTIL SOFT.
MAENWHILE, CHOP ALL THE VEGGIES(AND MUNCH ON A FEW)
CHOP THE SUN DRIED TOMATOS
(IF THEY ARE DRIED, SOAK FOR 1 MIN IN SOME HOT WATER,)
CHOP THE VEGGIE BURGERS INTO
BITE SIZED PIECES. I DEFROST THEM A LITTLE IN THE MICRO FIRST.ADD ALL THE REMAINING INGREDIANTS TO THE PAN EXCEPT THE CHEESE.SAUTE UNTIL VEGGIES ARE COOKED TO YOUR LIKENESS.DON'T FORGET THE GARLIC.(I USE FROZEN PRE-CHOPPED & MEASURED GALIC FROM TRADER-JOES..ITS MUCH EASIER)
IF THE VEGGIES ARE STUBBORN TO COOK, COVER THE PAN FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.
THAT'S IT! SERVE IN A PASTA BOWL TOPPED WITH PARMASSIAN CHEESE. LET THE KIDS EAT THE BORING SPAGHETTI. THIS DISH IS SO FLAVORFUL YOU NEVER MISS THE PASTA OR THE GARLIC BREAD.REALLY!
