1 lb pork sausage
8 eggs
1 cup skim milk
shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
red onion and green pepper (optional)
Step: 1Spray 2 8" pie pans w/ Pam spray. Cook sausage, red onion and green pepper together. Beat 8 eggs and 1 cup milk together. Pour equal parts sausage mixture in 2 8" pie pans. Add equal parts cheese and pour milk and eggs on top. Cook at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.
