Cheesy Vegetable Frittata

10 oz pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in cheese sauce(may use own cheese sauce recipe)
1/4 c chopped onion
3 Tables. butter
1/2 c cooked, diced ham
4 eggs, beaten
Step: 1Cook vegetables according to pkg(make cheese sauce). In a large skillet, saute onion in butter over med heat. In small bowl combine ham and eggs, pour into skillet over onions. Cover and cook over low heat without stirring. As edges set, lift edges carefully to allow uncooked egg to flow to the bottom of pan. Cook until mixture sets but is still moist. (if using own sauce, mix veg and sauce together) Pour vegetables and cheese over top of frittata. Cover and cook an addtional 2-3 minutes. Loosen around edges and slide into serving plate.
