1 pkg dry yeast 1/2 tsp sugar (to activate yeast)1 1/8 cup warm water (90-100F)3 tbl olive oil1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt
1 tbl Splenda1 cup wheat gluten flour1/2 cup oat flour3/4 cup soy flour1/4 cup flax seed meal1/4 cup wheat bran
Step: 1Pour yeast, sugar & water into bread machine pan. Stir. Let sit while you combine dry ingredients. Then add oil to bread machine pan. Add dry ingredients and set machine to dough setting. Once mixed remove from pan & place in greased loaf pan to rise. Rise 30 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.This was shared by a friend & is very light and great tasting. Wonderful for sandwiches!
