2 eggs
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons protein powder (I use soy protein powder)
1 pkg artificial sweetner (whatever kind you like)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
melted butter or cooking oil or spray for pan
Step: 1Beat eggs-cream-water- l pkg sweetner-vanilla and the 2 tbsps melted butter til well blended. Add protein powder and beat til smooth. Heat an 8 to 10 inch omlet or crepe pan til just hot enough to make a drop of water sizzle - brush pan with oil or melted butter. Pour about 2 tbsps. of batter for an 8 inch pan or a scant 1/4 cup for a 10 inch pan and tilt to spred it thin. Cook til bottom is browned and top is dry. Roll onto a plate. Serve with sugar free low carb or no carb syrup or whatever crepe filling you like to use.
