Introduction
My husband and I love this: it's great right out of the oven or straight out of the fridge for a snack. Here's the recipe:
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 1/2 whipping cream
2 tb butter, melted
1 ts horseradish
4 tb sour cream
3 tb parmesan cheese
I use like a whole package of pre-fancy grated sharp cheddar cheese. And we have found that saltier meats work best.

Directions
Step: 1Cook ground sausage (or use precooked ham or canadian bacon chopped) layer on bottom of pan that is lightly sprayed with pam.
Add whole package of cheese. (With sausage we grate pepperjack cheese)
In mixing bowl add eggs, cream, butter, horseradish, sour cream, and parmesan. Mix well and fill.

We have experimented with many vegetables and we like to put low carb jalepenos under the cheese. But whatever you desire this recipe will keep you on the DIET.
