Take a good quality piece of tuna (sashimi grade) and sprinkle salt, pepper, & toasted sesame seeds on both sides of fish. Preheat skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Sear tuna on both sides for about 3 minutes on each side - will be raw in the middle. Slice in sashimi size slices. I usually make a dipping sauce with soy sauce, rice-wine vinegar, & a little wasabi paste. This is an excellent dish & virtually carb-free!
