Almond Flour Cake

1 cup butter (0)
1 cup splenda (24)
5 eggs (3)
2 cups almond flour (18, my label says 9 carbs per cup after fiber subtracted)
1 teaspoon baking powder (1)
1 teaspoon lemon extract (.5)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (.5)
Step: 1Cream butter and splenda well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Mix flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture a little at a time while beating. Add lemon & vanilla extracts. Pour into greased 9" cake pan and bake
at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

You can slice it in half, pour strawberries in the middle and put some whippped cream on top!

Nutrition Information
The whole cake as 47 carbs. You can easily get 8 large slices from a 9" cake, which puts it at 5.8 carbs each. I usually can get 12 slices for only 3.9 carbs a slice!
