Baked Cheesecake #2
|Name||Baked Cheesecake #2|
|24 ounces cream cheese-softened
1/3 cup Splenda or a heat stable sweetener
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
3 large eggs
2 T. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
|Step: 1||-Preheat oven to 450 degrees
-Beat the cream cheese, sweetener & flour at medium speed on mixer until well blended.
-Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
-Blend in cream & vanilla.
-Pour into a pan sprayed 9" spingform pan
-Bake fot 10 minutes at 450, then REDUCE oven temp to 250 degrees ; continue baking for 30-35 minutes or until set.
-Loosen cake from rim by sliding a metal spatula around the edge but do not remove the sides of the pan.
-Once cool; remove from pan & chill well before serving

Nutritional Count per serving: 3.2 carbs, 5.8g. protein
****If you do not want to use flour of any kind substitute it with ground almonds
