Ingredients
1/4 cup butter-melted
16 ounces cream cheese-softened
1/4 cup splenda or Equal spoonful
2 large eggs
Directions
Step: 1Combine cream cheese,sweetener mixing at medium speed of mixer until well blended & creamy.
-Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
-Pour into a 9" springform pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
-Loosen cake from rim of pan but do not remove rim; cool well.
-Remove from pan & chill well before serving.

For 1 extra carb a 1/2 cup of toasted macadamia nuts may be stirred in before baking.{2.9C-1.9F=1Carb}
