"Ultimate Low Fat Spicey Chili"

|1 lb of ground turkey, 1 lg can of stewed tomatoes, 2 onions-chopped, 1 ea of green pepper, red sweet pepper, zuchinni, yellow squash, chipotle pepper in adobe sauce, chopped, 2T chili powder, 1 heaping tsp of cumin powder, 4 garlic cloves chopped, 1 packet of lipton onion soup mix, 1.5 cups of water, salt to taste. *** |
|Step: 1||Brown ground turkey and onions and garlic together till cooked thru. Add all veggies and seasonings EXCEPT zuchinni and yellow squash. Saute all veggies with turkey mixture til soft and fragrant. Add tomatoe sauce and and water simmer for 45 minutes. Add zuchinni and yellow squash. Taste, adjust seasonings. Turn stove off, let it settle for 20 min. Put into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese, chopped green onions and serve! Bon Appetit! by Sherreve@aol.com
