Amaretto cheese cake

|3 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 cup Splenda
1/3 cup Da Vinci's Amaretto sugar-free syrup
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp Splenda
2 Tbsp Da Vinci's Amaretto sugar-free syrup
|Step: 1||Beat cream cheese at high speed until light and fluffy; gradually add 1 cup Splenda, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/3 cup amaretto syrup; pour into 9" springform pan. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes until mixture is set.
Combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp Splenda, 2 Tbsp amaretto syrup; stir well, spoon over cheese cake. Bake at 500 for 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature on wire rack; chill.
|Yields 12 servings at 5g of carbs per serving.
