1/4 cup Diced Onion
1/4 cup Diced Green Peppers
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
Step: 1This recipe uses a muffin tin to form the cups.Lightly spray muffin tin with a non-stick spray.Place 1 slice of bacon in each muffin tin to form the sides.Brown and drain Sausage and place 1Tbsp in bottom of each tin.Add Diced Onion and Green Peppers to each tin.Fill each tin 3/4 full with beaten eggs and top with Cheddar Cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes until egg is done.
