Ingredients
1/2 bag Baco Puffs (deep fried pork rinds, plain flavor)crushed to powdery crumbs2 eggs1/4 cup cream1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp whey or protein powder (Optional)
Directions
Step: 1Beat eggs and cream until combined. Soak the pork rind crumbs in this liquid until they become nice and soft and the mixture is gloppy. Add remaining ingredients and pour by 1/4 cupfuls into lightly greased griddle. Cook like pancakes. Serve with butter and sugar free syrup. Amazingly good. You can also add whey protein powder if you want. They are fine without though.
