cup oat flour
cup gluten flour
2 cups *protein powder

2 tablespoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Splenda

Directions
Step: 1Sift together then store in airtight container. Use in place of any bake mix.

* (I like whey protein powder best but you could use soy or egg if you prefer)
