Prep. Time 5 min excluding freezer time for berries
1/2 to 2/3 C water
2 Tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
Splenda to taste (2-3 tsp)
3 rounded Tbsp Soy protein isolate
1 C frozen unsweetened strawberries
Step: 1Start with 1/2 C water. Put everything except the strawberries in the blender and whip for a few seconds to mix. If it is too thick, add a little more water. Break up the berries a bit and add to the blender. Blend until smooth. It should be like a thick milkshake.
