Ingredients
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup oat flour
Splenda packets to taste
4 tbsp vegetable oil
5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
butter
Directions
Step: 1Beat egg with wisk til fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients except butter just until smooth. If you like thinner pancakes add a little more milk. Heat skillet over medium heat and grease with butter. Make sure to give the pan plenty of time to heat thoroughly before cooking your panny cakes!
For each panny cake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot pan. Cook until puffed and edges are dry. DO NOT BURN! Turn and cook the other side until golden. This side usually cooks fster than the first!
Enjoy with lots of butter and sugar free syrup or my maple butter (see recipe in the "sauces" section!)
