3 pounds lean hamburger
3/4 cup crushed pork puffs (aka deep fried pork rinds)
2 tsp pepper
1-2 tsp cayenne red pepper (depending on your taste)
1 1/2 tsp oregano
3 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt

Step: 1You must place the hamburger in a food processor. I split the 3 pounds of hamburger and grind each amount for at least 5 minutes in my food processor, on high. This really grinds the meat to a fine consistency, and it also seperates the fat that you can just scrape off the sides of the food processor and discard. When you are finished grinding the meat, mix all ingredients very well (use your hands for best results) in a mixing bowl.
Form meat mixture into 2 loaves and bake in a 2 inch deep pan for approximately 2-2.5 hours at 300F. This meat can be frozen.
