1 pound ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Step: 1Mix ground beef, onions, garlic salt, and red pepper. Form into balls and brown on all sides until
no longer pink in the middle. Serve on a plate with both kinds of shredded cheese sprinkled on
top. Yummy!
