Stir-Fried Cabbage (thanks to Weight Watchers '91?)
4 tsp. butter
2/3 cup chopped celery
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 tsp. soy sauce
dash of pepper, to taste

Step: 1In skillet, heat butter until bubbly and hot; add celery; cook one minute. Add cabbage, pepper and onion. Continue frying until vegetables are tender-crisp (2 to 3 minutes). Add soy sauce and pepper. Stir well and cook one minute longer.

I eat 1/2 of this recipe with a bunless cheeseburger and calculate that it has 12g carbs - 4g of fiber = 8g useable carbs per serving and that's a pretty healthy one-cup serving. Not bad, huh? And I'm telling you -- this stuff tastes marvelous. I just LOVE it! Hope you enjoy. --Kangablue
