1 Cup Low Carb baking mix,
( I use bakelite extreme from low
carb nexus. )
1 stick of butter,
1 cup of chopped pecans.
1 8 oz. package cream cheese,
1 cup splenda.
1 tub of whipped topping
2 packages of sugar free
instant butterscotch pudding mix.
3 cups of Hood low carb dairy
Step: 1Creme together butter,
baking mix and pecans.
Spread into a 9x13 in. pan
and bake in oven at 350
for 15 mins. Mix together
cream cheese, splenda,
and 1 cup of the whipped
topping, spread onto
cooled crust. Mix together
in a separate bowl the
pudding mix and and dairy
beverage until it is thick
and pour onto the cream
cheese layer. Spread the
remainder of whipped
topping onto the layer of
pudding. Cool and store in
