This comes from The Low Carb Cafe
1 egg white
1 tsp cold water
Whip these together until the whites are foamy but not stiff. Add 4 cups of pecan halves (you can substitute any nut) and stir to coat.
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Pour over the pecans and toss well to coat them.
|Step: 1||Bake on greased cookie sheet @ 200¦ for 1 hour stirring half way.|
