Ingredients
Make sure you have your spices done first before starting.(Chili powder what you like I usually start with 2 Tablespoons and end up adding more I like it, Salt just a pinch(you can add more later), Sugar substitue couple pinches can add more if you like)do the spices to your own taste.
Directions
Step: 1Take a Tbsp. Butter and melt in a frying pan on the stove over Medium high heat, when it foams add 1 1/2 cups of almonds and stir to coat well, toast till they start to brown 2 to 3 minutes usually (watch them or they will burn stir constantly)take them off the heat and spread on wax paper, now you can sprinkle the spices over almonds and mix well let cool (taste better after they cool) store in an air tight container, I use these as a snack there always next to my chair. You can use any spices you want try (cinnamon, curry, garlic powder anything you like thats what makes this recipe great. Enjoy!
