|Prep. Time||1/2 hour or so|
|3 tablespoons softened butter
3/4 cup Atkins bake mix
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar (1-8 ounce bag)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Kosher salt or coarse salt or garlic salt or lemon salt or sesame seeds or ?
|Step: 1||Combine butter, egg, bake mix, salt and pepper, mix until well blended. Add cheese, 1/3 at a time, mixing in well after each. If dough is dry and won’t stick together, add ~ 1 tablespoon oil or water, dough should stick together but not be sticky. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
