3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded)
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
3 tbs. butter
1/4 cup olive oil
8 oz. crabmeat (pre-cooked)

shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
fresh spinach
salt/pepper to taste
Step: 1Pound chicken breasts, salt and pepper if desired.
-Grill chicken breasts: cut into pieces and set aside.
-Sautee garlic in medium skillet with butter, olive oil, and wine.
-Place chicken and crabmeat into skillet.
-Cook on low/med heat, for 5 min, stirring constantly.
-To serve, place chicken on a bed of Spinach leaves with Parmesan cheese grated over the top.
