|2 chicken breasts (bone-in or boneless)with skin
2 large fresh mushrooms sliced
4 slices regular bacon
garlic salt to taste
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
2 tsp. of chicken gravy mix
|Step: 1||sprinkle garlic salt all over both sideslayer slices of fresh mushrooms on top of both breaststhen lay slices of bacon on top of the chicken breasts and mushrooms.Add a little waterBake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr.Place chicken breast under high broiler for few minutes to singe the fat dark brown.
Gravy1/2 C. heavy cream
take the bacon & mushrooms from your baked chicken and some of the juices and add to the heavy cream.Remove the browned fat from the chicken breast and add to the heavy cream for color.
add 2 tsp. of chicken gravy mix(if desired)simmer until bubbly and serve over your chicken breast.
